Cancellation Policy

Please understand that late arrivals may affect the following appointments. If you arrive late for any reason, some services may need to be adjusted or shortened in order to stay on schedule. For example, your appointment may be changed to a haircut and styling only, without shampoo service. We kindly require at least 24-hours notice for any appointment changes or cancelations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-Show will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
